The Tin Roof Bistro embodies Mike Simms’ and Chef Anne Conness’ vision of a wine country local’s hangout – casual, fun atmosphere combined with chef inspired cuisine and professional, detail oriented service. This great combination allows our guests to feel comfortable showing up in blue jeans and a T-Shirt on their way back from the beach or a suit and tie on their way home from work.

Chef Inspired Cuisine – Chef Anne has taken everyday comfort foods to a new level. Port Braised Short Ribs with Broccolini and Creamy Polenta and our Wood Burning Oven Roasted Chinook Salmon with Asparagus and Fingerling Potatoes exemplify comfort foods with a chef’s perspective. For guests looking for a something a little more exotic the menu incorporates innovative dishes, such as Spicy Tuna Spring Rolls with Wasabi Ginger Sauce or Arugula Salad “Foldover” – basil pesto and goat cheese pizza topped with an arugula salad.
