We are celebrating St. Patrick’s day 2017 with an Irish influenced beer pairing dinner. Chef Jen has constructed an awesome four course menu, each course paired with a delicious King Harbor brew including our once a year release – St Jameson Stout. Check out the menu below:
Amuse Bouche Upon Arrival – Big-sized Irish banger & mash en croute w/ a fresh dill house made mustard. Paired with Sink w/ California (dry-hopped pale ale)
1st Course – A Classic Irish Pub Salad – Mixed greens, hard boiled egg, pickled veg, dubliner cheese, tomato, cucumber, & onion all tossed in a tarragon green goddess dressing. Served w/ a side of fresh baked Irish soda bread & beer whipped honey butter. Paired with 808 Concentrate (passionfruit pale ale).
2nd Course – A Modern Irish Soup – Loaded Irish cheddar cheese beer & potato leek soup. Topped w/ slow cooked corned beef & cabbage. Paired with Nitro Abel brown (cold brew coffee brown ale on nitro)
3rd Course – A Traditional Irish Entree – Shepherds Pie w/ stewed angus ground beer & seasonal veggies. Topped w/ blurred yukon gold mashed potatoes. Paired with Tiki Hut IPA (tropical IPA w/ Citra & Mosaic hops)
4th Course – An Edible Irish Cocktail – Irish car bomb trifle layered w/ double fudge brownie, Bailey’s Irish creme vanilla bead pudding, & Irish whiskey spiked whipped cream. Paired with St. Jameson Stout (Irish stout aged on Irish whiskey oak released only once per year for St. Patrick’s day)
