Billed as the first ever Ramen Festival to hit Los Angeles, let alone the South Bay, slurps on down to Torrance’s Cultural Arts Center this Saturday & Sunday. It’s called the First Annual Ramen Yokocho Fest and will feature ramen specialists from around the Pacific Rim: Los Angeles, San Jose, Hawaii, and Japan. This noodle event is put on by a Japanese magazine based in Los Angeles called Weekly LALALA.
Parking is free and so is admission but most ramen bowls will be sold for $8. Rumor has it that there will also be ramen burgers available for consumption.
