The Redondo Beach Lobster Festival returns to Seaside Lagoon 6:00 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 12:00 noon to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, and 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. The 21st rendition of RBLFF weaves together the bounty of Maine lobster, craft beer, Grammy-nominated bands, a Lobster Bistro and family-friendly activities like stand up paddle boarding lessons and a “Kiddie Area” for a deliciously groovy 3-day weekend.
This year’s Lobster Bistro chef is South Bay native Jessica Jordan from FISHBAR Manhattan Beach who will be serving up dishes such as lobster rolls, lobster mac n’ cheese, lobster tacos, lobster guacamole and chips, and lobster corn chowder. On tap at the craft beer tent, pours from local breweries like El Segundo Brewing Co., Strand Brewing, King Harbor Brewing and Smog City available with purchase of drink tickets.
Music headliners include entertainment from the five-time Grammy nominated rock group Ambrosia as well as Abbey Road and Jumping Jack Flash (Beatles vs. Stones) and The Pine Mountain Logs among many other talented performers who will be playing live all day long on the main stage. General admission to the three-day food and music event starts at $15 for adults (online), $20 for adults (at the door) and $5 for children per day, or $35 for a three-day pass for adults online only.
