Here’s a little warm-up meal before next Thursday’s stuff your face Thanksgiving Day feast. Chez Melange and Bouzy Gastropub are partnering up with the best beer store in LA ‘The Select Beer Store’ in Redondo Beach to present a very special beer dinner with 5 Torrance breweries Monday, November 25th. Local South Bay brews will be paired up with five-course beer dinner provided by chef Robert Bell of Chez Melange. Local breweries include Smog City Brewery, The Dudes’, Monkish, Strand, and relative newcomer to the South Bay craft beer scene, Phantom Carriage.
