South Bay bragging rights will be won and lost this weekend as teams & individuals from all around Southern California compete in the 50th International Surf Festival. The event kicks off with the LA County Lifeguard Championships at 7:00 p.m. at the Manhattan Beach Pier on Friday, July 29.
Presented by BEACHSORT.org and hosted by Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Torrance, as well as L.A. County Fire Department and jameshallison casino Department of Beches & Harbors, the International Surf Festival brings serious competition to the beach.
