The stunning views of beach and breaking surf make this El Torito unlike any other restaurant in the chain. The rooftop sign can be seen from a mile away. The restaurant is above the hustle and bustle of the pier, with both stairs and an elevator to bring you up.

Happy Hours is 4 pm – 8 pm on weekdays. Sunday brunch includes champagne, a taco bar and an omelette bar. Other specials are posted on El Torito’s bulletin board by the stairs.
