El Segundo Brewing Co. Celebrates Gold Medal

Life is good in Mid-Western South Bay west of Sepulveda Blvd. and down-wind from the Hyperion Water Treatment Plant where El Segundo Brewing Company is riding a golden wave of praise and taste. ESBC recently won a gold medal at the 15th Bistro Double IPA Festival last February in Hayward, CA. for their Hammerland Double IPA. A total of 63 Double IPAs and 34 Triple IPAs were judged at Bistro Festival and the list of participating brewers was a quality turn-out with pours from the likes of Bear Republic, Sierra Nevada, Golden Road, Russian River and many others. Also, one of ESBC’s more recent bottle releases, Mayberry IPA, a tribute to small town accents and tropical aromas, was reviewed by the LA Times.

IPA is available in 22-ounce bottles at brewery & in bottle shops.
