Find a Christmas Tree in the South Bay, Fake, Living or Real

Most likely you ingested a cubic ton of Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, pie and other festive foods on Thanksgiving and now have thoughts about venturing out to shop for various types of holiday decorations. Some of us use December weekend to decorate our dwellings with the holiday spirit: Christmas lights, stockings, wreaths, Menorahs and maybe a Ponderosa Pine Tree… Fake, living or real.

To find a fake tree, all you need to do is visit a big-box store around the South Bay like Target, Michael’s, or Home Depot. These stores stock a gaggle of fake trees this time of year with all types of features. Some come wrapped in lights or frosted with a shade of fake snow and you can surely find the right size; knee high to overhead.

If you want to avoid the big box stores and crave the smell of a living and breathing Pine Tree for your holiday experience, then consider renting a tree from The Living Christmas Co. It’s a simple process, just visit the site, punch in your zip code, pick and purchase a tree (all online) and a living tree will be delivered to your doorstep. “Living” means you rent a tree that is 100% alive, fully equipped with growing roots and a pot at the bottom. You provide the TLC. Once your rented tree has served its purpose, The Living Christmas Co. makes a pick-up and re-plants the tree in its nursery with aims to re-use again for next year.

Real trees, ones that have been cut from a nearby farm or nursery, that can be purchased in parking lot or venue around the South Bay are always an option this time of year. Pack the family and some tie-downs in the car and channel your inner Clark W. Griswold for a seasonal field trip to pick out some cedar in real time. Below, we’ve listed various South Bay locales where you can purchase a real (fresh-cut) Christmas tree.
