Holiday celebrants fill the Redondo Beach Pier this Saturday afternoon from 3:00 – 5:00p.m. for a free, community event put together by the Redondo Beach Pier Association. The stage is set for two hours of live music provided by High Tide, a surf rock style band and an appearance by Mr. Claus himself. This event is family friendly and parking is FREE!.
High Tide will be performing the Ventures Christmas Album and will be staged at the end of the famed Redondo Beach Pier overlooking the Pacific Ocean serving as a backdrop to Surfing Santa photos and giveaways.
The event will benefit Love in the Mirror, a youth-led charity and their annual toy drive for homeless youth. Attendees are invited to bring a new unwrapped toy valued at $5 or in exchange for a chance to win pier prizes.
