The Los Angeles Guitar Festival returns to the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center for one night of legendary riffs featuring some of the hottest and most respected acoustic, electric and finger-picking guitar talent on the planet. This landmark guitar celebration brings together all types of styles ranging from electric blues to gypsy jazz and acoustic fingerstyle this Thursday, January 23rd starting at 7:00p.m.

The night comes alive with a performance from Tommy Emmanuel and Martin Taylor. Tommy is a two-time Grammy nominee and one of Australia’s most respected musicians. He was decorated with the title of “Certified Guitar Player” by Chet Atkins and has won hundreds of thousands of loyal fans worldwide from a professional career spanning five decades. One of Europe’s finest jazz guitarist, Marin Taylor, takes the stage to perform a round of innovative jazz tunes.
Before Tommy & Martin take the stage together to celebrate their newest CD “The Colonel and the Governor” the LA Guitar Festival welcomes Ed Gerhard this year as he tunes up his string instruments to deliver one of the most complex and rich, acoustic solo performances happening anywhere in the world.
