This Wednesday BALEENkitchen hosts their monthly ‘Meet the Brewer’ Beer Dinner Series when they introduce a new, local craft brewery to their guests the last Wednesday of every month. The dinner series selects craft brewers from around the South Bay and pairs them with a 4-course dinner to showcase how different styles of beer can accent and harmonize various food flavors.
September’s featured brewer is Absolution Brewing Co. from Torrance.

The first course for ‘Meet The Brewer’ on September 30th will be a Frisee Salad with serrano ham, mushrooms, heirloom tomato and herb vinaigrette which will be paired with Absolution’s Purgatory Hefeweizen. Click here to find out what else is on the menu.
