10th Annual Hermosa Beach Art Walk: Saturday, June 08, 2013 – Sunday, June 09, 2013 – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This year over 100 local and regional artists will be able to, once again, set-up a booth on the front lawn of the Hermosa Beach Community Center located at Pacific Coast Highway and Pier Avenue.
The 10th Annual Hermosa Beach Art Walk is a two day event that showcases the diverse flavors of the South Bay artist community. Originally inspired by local artist Ken Klade, who began this not for profit organization and art exhibition to promote art education & appreciation.

Terranea Summer Concerts: Friday, June 07, 2013 – Saturday, June 08, 2013 – 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Located in the brand new Nelson’s Beer Garden, Terranea will welcome the summer months in Los Angeles with a series of summer concerts. Special menu items include a variety of Nelson’s Sausages, Chunky Avocado Dip with Chips, Market Fruit Cup, Nelsons Giant Soft Pretzel, and more. 5-9pm, cost is Free. 26th Annual PV Steet Fair & Music Festival: Saturday
Kettle Corn, a chili cook-off, tribute bands, a home brew beer competition, and a top dog show are just some of the highlights at this year’s 26th Annual Palos Verdes Street Fair & Music Festival. Produced by the Palos Verdes Chamber of Commerce and funded by participating sponsors, this annual event will also feature local craft beer from the likes of The Strand Brewing Co., El Segundo Brewing Co, and Smog City Brewery. The hill comes alive this weekend with special guest appearances from the LA King’s Fan Club who will be doling out autographed swag from about 11:15am – 3:15pm on Saturday.
Located in the heart of Palos Verdes on Norris Center Drive & Deep Valley Drive, the Fair is the biggest event on the Palos Verdes Peninsula all summer long. CA 101 2013 Art Exhibit Inhabits AES Power Plant
Aging industrial power plants that have limited operations and minimal energy output traditionally make little noise expect when they become a battle field for environmental ethos and commercial development. The AES Power Plant on Harbor Drive near Redondo Beach’s waterfront was built some time in the 1940s and occupies about 50 acres of waterfront property. It’s a landmark site that is ripe with political maneuvering and seems to be a perfect gallery to showcase upcoming CA 101 2013 Art Exhibit that will feature California artists and their inspirations on various mediums.
