The Grilled Cheese sandwich has gone from mundane to gourmet in large part due to a festival that honors its gooey existence with an annual Grilled Cheese Invitational, a Grilled Cheese Sammich cooking competition. This Saturday, April 12th get outside the bubble for what will be the final Grilled Cheese Invitational ever to be held at at Los Angeles Center Studios in downtown Los Angeles from 11:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Be a part of cheese history this weekend in Downtown LA!
